As founder and CEO of Trending Equities, Mike brings over 20 years of experience working with small-cap issuers. Mike has extensive experience developing awareness programs for public companies, assisting in capital raises, and advising companies through the IPO process. By utilizing Trending Equities' extensive network and proprietary digital investor relations solutions, Mike has raised over $500 million for early-stage companies and assists in driving liquidity and providing clients with a competitive edge in an ever-growing and changing market. Mike currently lives in Vancouver and is a proud husband and father of 4 children who keep him plenty busy in his free time!

Alex is a Managing Director at Trending Equities whose focus revolves around the capital markets side of our investor relations platform. Alex provides advisory services on cap structure for clients looking to either raise captial or increase liquidity within their given security. Prior to Trending Equities, Alex spent over a decade as a portfolio manager for a proprietary fund where he invested in small and midcap companies and managed a portfolio of strategies in the futures exchanges. He has significant experience investing in IPOs, secondaries, and convertible debt investments. Alex also spent time practicing as a CPA conducting financial statement audits and producing financial statement compilations.

Bridging management consulting with direct investment, Jared partners with executive teams, advisers, and investors of businesses throughout the U.S. and abroad. By analyzing each business’s operational structure, financials, growth goals, and marketing angle, Jared provides guidance and recommendations to improve specific messaging and communication strategies companies can use to seek higher valuations. As partner at Trending Equities, Jared is responsible for connecting with companies with capable management teams who are building scalable business models. Primarily working directly with small-cap issuers Jared has worked in and around Wall Street for almost 2 decades. He’s worked on trading floors and with various types of investor-centered consulting firms. He and his wife live happily in New England and enjoy spending almost all of our free time with their 2 children and bulldog!
